As we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 outbreak we have adjusted some of our policies. As of today, April 18, 2020, we will open online orders for all apparel and accessories. We will ship orders to your door with at a reduced shipping rate. Please keep in mind all products are subject to substantial delays and availability. Although we are continuing the suspension of repairs and diagnostic services we hope that this is a step forward in resuming regular operations in the future. Due to the current situation that is effecting the entire Portland area, Pellicci Phone Repair is suspending all new work orders, purchases, and appointments until further notice. Any prior arrangement, purchase, or appointment on or before March 20, 2020 will be honored using the safety measures listed below. Thank you for your understanding and please take extra precautions in your every day life to reduce the transmission of this virus. Cell phones carry 10x more bacteria than the average toilet seat. Pellicci Phone Repair is committed to providing safe and healthy conditions for all parties involved in the repair process. Due to recent developments of the Covid-19 outbreak we will be implementing new safety protocols to ensure this commitment.
1. Every appointment will include a thorough disinfecting of the device being repaired using a combination of chemicals to ensure the device is safe to be worked on. The technician will complete the same process before releasing the device to the client.
2. Technicians will complete ALL repairs in their vehicle/private workshop and will not enter the clients home or place of work.
3. All existing appointments will be honored although same-day and new appointments may be subject to limited product and technician availability.
4. Any client who has been in contact with or has contracted any form of illness should inform the technician before the appointment so they can reschedule for a future date.
This outbreak has also caused a ripple affect in the supply chain of parts available to us. We will strive to keep as much in stock as possible but note that parts and supplies are often very limited and are subject to backorder.
